This article led me to this site tracking terrorism incidents.
The sentence from the article that got to me…
“a set of data released by the US National Counter-terrorism Center shows that India was the fourth worst hit by terrorism in 2007, after Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. About 17,000 people have been killed since 2004 in 3,197 terrorist hits in the country.”

So in this article, I read this
Amit Khanna, Reliance’s chairman, said: “Reliance Entertainment has a dominant position in India but, when it comes to motion pictures, it has been obvious that we need to extend our footprint to Hollywood . . .
“Bollywood is somehow personified by song and dance and Hollywood by sex and violence, and there is this idea that neither can meet. We don’t believe this is true.”
Really? Sex & Violence and Song & Dance will finally meet at Reliance Big? Glad to hear

Will one need a visa next to get into Maharashtra? I want to acquire a new place of birth, leave this idiot state to its idiot natives and GO. But then where do third generation migrants (whichever way I count) get to go? Sigh. Its a cruel, cruel world.

Read this . 25 passengers on Kingfisher’s Hyderabad flight came out okay when their flight hit a dog as it was speeding up for take off. Not a word on the fate (or a word of mourning) for the poor dog.
