Mumbai: The workers’ union of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has demanded 80 per cent job reservation for Marathi-speaking locals in the private sector in the State. The union is writing letters to 45,000 industries in Maharashtra in this regard. — PTI “

 

A Dog’s Life

Read this . 25 passengers on Kingfisher’s Hyderabad flight came out okay when their flight hit a dog as it was speeding up for take off. Not a word on the fate (or a word of mourning) for the poor dog.
